At Paritraan Gurukulam, children live in a calm and disciplined environment rooted in values and simplicity. Life here is full of learning, self-growth, and service.
All students live together in the Gurukulam under the care of acharyas. Simple, healthy, and satvik food is served daily. Meals are home-cooked with love, ensuring both physical health and spiritual purity.
Each day starts early with Brahma Muhurta practices like pranayama and simple kriyas. Students perform daily havan, prayer, and yoga to build inner strength, clarity, and devotion.
Students are trained in ancient physical practices that strengthen the body, mind, and courage. This includes body movement, flexibility, group formations, and traditional Indian techniques of defense and balance.
Students actively participate in seva such as cow care (Gau Seva), cleaning the campus, and helping each other. This builds humility, teamwork, and responsibility.
